Puglia is easy to reach from the most important Italian cities using the motorway network. Coming from the Centre of Italy, you can reach Foggia, Bari and Taranto with the A14 motorway; coming from the South of Italy you have to go along the A3 motorway and the national road SS106.
To reach the South of Puglia, the Salento, you have to go along the national roads (SS 16 and then SS13 from Bari, SS7ter from Taranto).
Anyway a good road network allows you to easily reach many cities of the region, even the less important.
