1. WHAT IS ETINERANDO
Etinerando is an Internet portal which ins the property of RAIMO SAS, a company with their registered office in Bari (Puglia – Italy).
RAIMO SAS is neither a travel agency, nor a tour operator, but a company of services that are made available to the tour/cultural operators that wish to promote in an effective and innovative manner their services and initiatives located in Puglia, a region in the south of Italy, through the instruments available on the Etinerando portal, like banners, Promotional Schedules and Reservations online.
2. RESERVATIONS ONLINE
Etinerando consents you to carry out the reservation for one or more services in a completely computer based environment.
You can carry out your selections starting from the blue box or the offered itineraries on the home page: the first consents you to carry out a research amongst all of the proposals in the portal; the second permits you to carry out an aimed search. Follow the instructions, visualise the schedules of the operators and their offers and you make your choices in total freedom; you can decide to reserve or use one or more of the services offers or reserve both (reservations and various services).
The advantage that Etinerando gives you is exactly this: you find all of the information and everything else that you need in one portal, with a guarantee to purchase a product that is offered directly by active operators on the territory and, therefore, have an in depth knowledge of the local network.
Once you have made your choices: fill in the registration form with your personal data, look over the summary of the services selected and reserve in total security in an environment protected by PAYPAL.
The reservation is made by credit cards accepted by PAYPAL; in this stage, it is important to correctly enter your e-mail because after having executed the payment you will receive confirmation via e-mail of the transaction executed with your credit card, the summary of the services reserved and the contact information of the relevant operators.
3. RESERVATION OF SERVICES
The reservation is considered carried out and the public purchase offer accepted by the operator upon confirmation of the payment of the deposit executed in the PAYPAL environment.
The contractual relationship between you and every single tour operator arises when you click the button “PAY…NOW” which is present in the PAYPAL environment.
Once you have executed the payment of the deposit, you shall automatically receive at the e-mail you entered 2 confirmation e-mails of the transaction executed: one from Etinerando, with a summary of the services reserved and the contact details of the operators; the other from PAYPAL confirming the transaction executed.
Etinerando declines every responsibility should the confirmation not arrive from one or both of the entities deriving from the erroneous entry of the e-mail or from problems related to the network or you e-mail service.
In the case that you do not receive one or either of the confirmation e-mails for network problems or other reasons, we ask you to advise us as soon as possible in writing to the following address help@etinerando.it.
In order to conserve the report of an answer to the transaction executed in the case of an erroneous e-mail or network problems, we deem it advisable to print the receipt of the transaction that appears on your screen subsequent to having executed the payment with your credit card in the PAYPAL environment; moreover, as proof of the confirmed reservation in the case that you do not receive the e-mails from Etinerando and PAYPAL, the printed receipt shall be considered as valid proof of the payment online.
In the reservation stage, you are held to pay only a deposit on the overall amount of the reservation, corresponding to the amount of 50% of the overall amount of the reservation.
The deposit must be paid by credit card at the time of the confirmation of the reservation in the PAYPAL environment, as a guarantee for each of the individual operators.
The remainder of the amount shall be paid directly to each individual operator once you have arrived at destination.
Moreover, some of the operators may provide for particular additional conditions as a guarantee of the reservation; therefore, it is important to attentively read the withdrawal policies adopted by each operator (cfr. art. 5).
The reservation of the services executed through our service is nominative and not transferrable, this is in order to guarantee your order and the security of the payment executed.
4. TRANSPARENCY
Etinerando and, therefore, RAIMO SAS, as supplier of the services to tour/cultural operators, shall not charge you any costs or commissions.
The amounts that appear on the reservation system and the summary that appears before the payment are inclusive of all foreseen costs. There shall be no additional charges or costs requested at the last minute.
All of the prices are indicated in Euro and inclusive of VAT.
5. RESPONSIBILITY
Etinerando is a portal owned by RAIMO SAS.
RAIMO SAS is neither a travel agency nor a Tour Operator, but a company of services for tour/cultural operators that want to promote their services by utilising the instruments made available by Etinerando.
The operators, therefore, utilising the support offered by Etinerando (advertising space, translation services, online reservation system and others) can directly offer their services on the web.
In particular the offers that can be reserved are directly uploaded by the individual operators, are to be considered for all affects a public purchase offer that can be reserved or not in compliance with the methods provided in art. 3 of the present Terms of Service Conditions.
RAIMO SAS, owner of the portal Etinerando, in the quality of supplier of promotion and reservation services for third parties, does not take any responsibility whatsoever for the facts occurring subsequent to the confirmation of the reservation made by you.
RAIMO SAS cannot be held responsible in any way for the lack of the supply of, wholly or partially, the services reserved or for any possible damages to people or property that occur during the events offered or the carrying out of the services reserved.
• COMPLAINTS: Any shortcomings occurring during the service provided must be contested exclusively to the supplier of the service at the time the same is utilised.
In the scope of a policy aimed at the maximum satisfaction of the client, as well as safeguarding the image of Etinerando, you are kindly requested to immediately communicate to Etinerando the description of the inefficiency of the services and the answers supplied by the supplier of the same to your compliant, by means of a an e-mail to: info@etinerando.it or a registered letter with return receipt to: ETINERANDO – RAIMO SAS via De Rossi n. 27 - 70122 BARI (BA) – Italy.
• WITHDRAWAL AND PENALTIES: Every relinquishment or withdrawal must be communicated exclusively to the supplier of the service.
The withdrawals policies to refer to shall be that which is adopted by every single operator and consultable in the relevant Web Page of Presentation of the operator.
In the case in which the operator does not provide for any penalties, Etinerando shall not be held responsible for the reimbursement of a part of the deposit paid at the time of confirmation of the reservation of the service, provided by art. 3 of the present Terms of Service Conditions as a guarantee of the reservation itself on behalf of the operator and is equal to 15% + 20% VAT for the entire amount of the reservation.
Pursuant to the European regulations relevant to e-commerce at a distance (regulation 97/7 acknowledged by the Legislative Decree 14/5/99) for the services of ticket offices for events and shows, the right to withdrawal is not foreseen.
6. INVOICES
Etinerando operates only as a manager and guarantor of the reservation of the various services and is delegated by the suppliers of the services for the encashment of the amounts due.
Furthermore, the e-mail relevant to the transaction of the relevant services reserved must be requested directly from the suppliers of the services at the time the services are provided by the same, in relation to the provisions of the laws in force.
At the time of the utilisation of the service you can indicate to the supplier of the services the information for the issuing of the relevant invoice.
7. COMPETENT COURT
For any protests and/or controversies that should arise the competent court will be the Court of Bari (Puglia-Italy).
For that which is not expressly provided in the above general terms of service conditions, reference is made to the laws in force.
